A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 24, 2014, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on December 24, 2015, and is still under suspended sentence as of January 1, 2015.

1. On August 14, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2,500,000 by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court on August 14, 2009; on November 17, 2011, the Incheon District Court issued a summary order of KRW 2,50,000 as a fine for the same crime; on December 24, 2014, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months on June due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and was punished on two or more occasions as a drinking driving, such as a suspended sentence, in the present period.

Nevertheless, around 06:31 April 18, 2016, the Defendant driven a D human-free car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.181% without obtaining a driver's license from approximately 500 meters from the front of the restaurant in the name of the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the "Seodong") to the front of the village in the 932, as the same body materials.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaging in driving a DNA driver car.

On April 18, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car on April 06:31, 2016, and led to a four-lane road in front of the Eastern market in Songpa-gu Seoul at the speed of 932, along that of the Eastern market, to a non-speed in accordance with one-lane from the long distance of the East market.

At that time, there is a place where a central bus stop is installed and it was difficult to reduce the length, so the driver of the motor vehicle has the duty of care to safely drive the steering gear and brakes to prevent accidents in advance, such as accurately operating the steering gear.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to do so under the influence of alcohol and proceeded as it is.
