A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle B.

On January 28, 2019, at around 22:25, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.184% on the road in front of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Songpa-gu, Seoul, while driving the said vehicle at a five-lane away from the remote distance in the fall market, while driving the vehicle at a five-lane away from the remote distance in the fall market, and making a stop for the signal signal.

The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.184% without obtaining a driver’s license in the 7km section from the Do in front of the subway station in Seoul Gangnam-gu to the place indicated in the above paragraph (1), at the time and time set forth in the above paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act.
