Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 24, 2014, at around 12:58, the Defendant: (a) informed of the circumstances of the instant case, such as investigating witnesses, who are affiliated with the Namyang Police Station B police box, sent out after having received 112 reports of the instant case on the front of the “three-day Hobbbbbide” in the Namyang-ro, Namyang-si, the Namyang-si, the Defendant: (b) informed the Defendant of his personal information and the circumstances of the instant case; (c) provided the Defendant with a warning that he may be arrested due to insult if he continues to take a bath, etc.; and (d) sent the Defendant with his body in hand, after arresting the Defendant as a flagrant offender, he opened the said police box with the Defendant’s hand, and opened the said one-way box with the Defendant’s own hand, and (d) opened the said one-way box by taking the buck box.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of a flagrant offender by a police officer.

2. The Defendant, a police officer, who was called to the scene after receiving a report at the above date, time, and place 112, continued his desire to confirm the Defendant’s personal information and the circumstances of the case, and left the scene by hand, and the above C arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender and walked with the Defendant’s buckbbbbbbs in the patrol room, and took the Defendant’s body by hand, and took the Defendant’s hand, and took the Defendant’s hand bucks. However, at around 18:00 on the same day, the police officer was not able to resist the Defendant’s hand at the inspection room of the police station of the Namyang Yangyang-ju, Namyang-dong, and carried out the buck box.
