A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 17, 2011, the Defendant forged private documents using a blank computer without authority for the purpose of being exercised at the offices of G (BB Co., Ltd.) Co., Ltd. (BB) of the second floor of the F building in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Seoul.

A. After entering the term “construction snow transfer contract, acquisition contract,” “transfer company I” and “J” as referred to in subparagraph (a) of the same Article, “Transferr Co., Ltd. bears the obligation to claim a loan against the transferee Co., Ltd., and as such, “I shall enter into a contract for the transfer and acquisition of materials with respect to all of the temporary materials indicated in the separate sheet held by the transferor Co., Ltd., which shall be returned,” and “I, the representative director K, the transferee Co., Ltd., the date of the preparation is indicated as the date of August 1, 201,” and then, “I, the transferee Co., Ltd., Ltd., K, the transferee, and the representative director L,” and then, the seal of the first name of the transferor Co., Ltd., Ltd., which was inscribed in advance, affixed to the name of the above transferor and forged one “construction snow material transfer and acquisition contract” in the name of I, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations.

B.
