The summary of the facts charged [2] The defendant was killed in the local election of Dong-si nationwide on June 4, 1998, but was elected as a member of the Gangseo-gu Council on May 30, 199, from May 31, 199 to June 30, 2002, and was in office as a member of the 3rd Gangseo-gu Council on the election. On June 13, 2002, the defendant was elected as a member of the above local constituency council on the 4th election from July 1, 2002 to June 30, 2006, and was in office as a member of the 6th local election of Gangseo-gu Council on the 20th election from May 31, 2006 to June 30, 2006, but was elected as a member of the 4th local election of Gangseo-gu Council on the 20th election from May 25, 2007 to June 26, 2007.
