A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for one year and three months, respectively.

Defendant
A, conducted on May 31, 2006, the fourth local election of Dong-si was held as a member of the Gun Council in the constituency of E-Gun F and G in the constituency of E-Gun, and the fifth E-Gun Council member in the constituency of E-Gun. On June 2, 2010, the fifth local election implemented on June 2, 2010, was held as a member of the 6th E-Gun Council in the same constituency. In addition, a person who was elected as a Vice-Chairperson of each E-Gun Council member from January 29, 2010 to June 30, 2010 and from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2012.

However, the total budget bill has been reduced by three affirmative votes and four opposing votes at the end of the 7th class of the members belonging to the "for example," and the budget bill has been reduced.
