Defendants shall be punished by each fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the representative director of the corporation B located in Si Heung-si, and the defendant B (hereinafter referred to as "defendant B") is a corporation established for the purpose of export and import such as lectures.

1. Defendant A

(a) No person who violates the Foreign Trade Act shall export or sell goods, etc. in a foreign country pretend that the country of origin of goods, etc. produced in the foreign country is the Republic of Korea by forging or falsifying a certificate of origin, obtaining a certificate of origin with false content, falsely indicating the country of origin;

around October 19, 2012, the Defendant issued a false export declaration certificate with respect to approximately 25,276 kg of the Japanese psychological ethyl pipeline exported to Turkey as if the said goods were Korean acid at the Busan Customs office. The Defendant submitted to the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry and submitted a false certificate of origin indicating that the said goods were Korean origin and exported the said goods as if they were Korean origin. From around that time to June 16, 2014, the Defendant exported approximately KRW 922,106,412 of the market price in total and approximately KRW 114,51 kg of the Japanese psychological ethyl pipeline, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, in the same way as in the same manner, and exported them as if Korea were Korea.

(b) No person who violates the Customs Act shall, when he/she intends to import, export or return goods, file a false declaration on the name, standard, quantity, place of storage, origin, etc. of the relevant goods;

In order to obtain a false certificate of origin, as described in paragraph (1), the Defendant filed a false export declaration with the Busan Customs office around October 19, 2012 on the origin of approximately KRW 25,276 km of the Japanese psychological pipeline ethyl pipes as “Korea” and filed a false export declaration from around that time to June 16, 2014 of the market price of approximately KRW 922,106,412 in the same way as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
