1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 15, 1920, through the forest survey project implemented in the Japanese colonial era, the following was registered on July 15, 1920: (a) 1 to 7 parts of B forest land 4 and 7 parts of B (the area was corrected to 5 and 7 parts of September 21, 1928). The above forest was divided into 5 parts of C forest land 5 and 1 to 5 parts of D forest land on June 15, 1965; (b) the above C forest was divided into 8 parts of C forest and 47 parts of E forest and 1 to 47 parts of E on July 26, 196, and the above E forest was divided into 5,752 square meters of E forest and 7 parts of E forest and 47 parts of E (hereinafter “former forest”).

2) On November 17, 1995, the Plaintiff purchased forest land and buildings not registered on its land before subdivision from the G Cooperatives, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the forest land before subdivision on December 23, 1995.

B. The details of the division of the instant site and the surveying of the instant site are as follows: (a) on April 25, 1999, 585 square meters of H forest and 585 square meters of H forest and 596 square meters of 15 October 15, 2002; and (b) on February 6, 2004, J forest and 588 square meters of J forest were divided; (c) on December 3, 2002, the said H forest and 562 square meters of land were subject to registration conversion on December 3, 200, and the said forest and J were subject to registration conversion on February 4, 2004 (hereinafter “instant site”).

The same year after the registration conversion was made;

2) As above, at the time when the Plaintiff filed for registration conversion of J Forest as the instant site, Defendant Korea Land Information Corporation (Korea Land Corporation) uses the name “Korea Land Information Corporation”.

The change of name on May 15, 2015, hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Corporation”).

On February 3, 2004, M of affiliated cadastral engineers prepared survey result map (No. 6) as shown in the following drawings, and surveyed the area of the instant site as 603 square meters. L. On February 3, 2004, in the course of registration of the land in this case at the time of Jung-Eup, a cadastral authority, the cadastral authority in charge of the instant land, after December 3, 2002, there is a problem that is inconsistent with the boundary line of the K-Eup’s land first registered on December 3, 2002, and there is a defect in requesting the Defendant Corporation to re-examine the survey result, and the Defendant Corporation shall conduct a survey.
