1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 2, 1920, the Forest land survey report prepared at the time of the Gyeonggi-gu Forest Survey that was implemented during the Japanese occupation period was indicated that D was under the circumstances of the 5th unit 4th unit 2th unit of Gyeonggi-gu Forest land E (hereinafter “instant forest land E”).

The land cadastre was pointed out on August 16, 1966 after the subdivision, and on the other hand, the above F forest was converted into H forest and cancelled. 2) The G forest was divided into six parts of I forest land and six parts of G forest land and three parts of G forest land and three parts of G forest.

On December 5, 1978, the said I Forest was converted into 6,545 square meters (hereinafter “I Forest”) and the said G Forest was converted into 33,025 square meters on June 24, 1989.

(3) After the division, G forest and I forest were combined with J, K, and L, and their cancellation on August 2, 1989, respectively. 4) The said M forest were divided into M forest and 526,462 square meters on October 7, 1989, M forest and 239,306 square meters on M forest, 80,726 square meters on 1989, and 39,570 square meters on B forest and 39,570 square meters.

5) On July 1, 2005, the said B forest was divided into 34,070 square meters of B forest and C forest and 5,500 square meters of forest and land. (C) On July 1, 2005, the above M Forest was divided into M Forest No. 392,778 square meters and P Forest No. 13,684 square meters, and M Forest was classified as a sports site on the same day. The transfer of ownership was completed on March 9, 1954 with respect to the G Forest No. 1) prior to the division (hereinafter “instant restoration registration”), and the transfer registration of ownership in Q’s name was completed on July 15, 1970.

2) After the division, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the South-Nam Trade Co., Ltd. on June 24, 1989 with respect to G forest after the division. (iii) After the division, I forest.
