Basic Facts

The related defendant B Village Association of the parties (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Village Association") is a non-legal entity group consisting of one person per household from among the descendants appearing in the agricultural field separate from those who resided in Yangsan-gun, Yangsan-gun before 1957, and the plaintiff is a member of the defendant Village Association and worked as the chairperson of the defendant Village Association from around 1997.

On October 15, 1975, Defendant Village Association completed the registration of ownership transfer in its name as to D 52,959 square meters of forests and fields (hereinafter referred to as “the administrative districts of real estate”), F forest land 46,909 square meters, G forest land 67,339 square meters, since both the administrative districts of real estate mentioned in Yangsan-si are E in Yangsan-si.
