Punishment of the crime

On August 18, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court). On October 6, 2016, the said judgment became final and conclusive.

1. On May 20, 2016, the Defendant made a false statement to the “C” located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 20, 2016, stating that “The payment means of payments are outside cashier’s checks, whether there is cash to slick, and whether there is cash to slick, and the balance is left first to slick.”
