Criminal facts

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

On March 9, 2019, from around 03:13 to 03:29 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a string door that was not temporarily set up in the victim D; and (b) went into the inner door during the residence of the victim D located in the Manam-si Building C; (c) went into the inner door; and (d) cut off with one cash 134,000 won, 50,000 won merchandise coupon; and (d) cut down a cosmetic case in the city.

On August 1, 2019, from around 01:00 on the first day to 02:00 on the same day, the Defendant opened a door door that was not temporarily set up and entered into a plan to enter the victim F’s residence in Sungnam-si E and the second floor in Sungnam-si, and then stolen the cash 80,000 won and one gift certificate of KRW 50,000, which is owned by the victim from the bank located therein.

On August 2019, from around 02:00 to 03:00 on the same day, the Defendant opened a gate that was not temporarily set up and entered into a plan to enter the victim H’s residence located on the G floor in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and then inflicted a theft of KRW 27,00,000, in cash owned by the victim from the wall located therein.

On October 2019, from around 22:00 on the date to 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant opened a studio that was not temporarily set and entered into the math, which was the victim’s property owned by the victim of the non-merchants of the name in Seongbuk-dong, Sungnam-si, and went into the math, and stolen the string of the market price, which was the victim’s property owned by the victim, and had a pair of bit bargaining.

2. At night, the Defendant: (a) from around 03:00 on September 20, 201 to around 04:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (b) opened a cafeteria operated by the victim J of the victim J in Sungnam-si from around 03:0 to the end of 04:00 on the day; (c) entered the cafeteria; and (d) went into the cafeteria; and (d) cut off cash of KRW 300,000 to 40,000, which is the cash owned by the victim and KRW 30,000,000, which is the cash owned by the victim in the gate.
