A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:00 on November 18, 2013, the Defendant abused the victim’s face to walk and walk the victim’s Fridge on several occasions due to the weather or outbreak of the victim’s request for delivery from the victim F (the age of 50) in E operated by the victim D (the age of 64) located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Underground 1 Floor. Around 19:40 of the date and time set forth in the above paragraph (1), at the place, the Defendant expressed the victim H and the victim I of the Guro Police Station G District who was called up after being reported 112 by 10 customers of E, including F and D, to “the victim H and the victim I of the Guro Police Station,” who were called “the victim H and the victim I of this dog, n, n, n, n, n, ging, n, n, ging.,” and on the same day, at around 19:40 of the report of F and D in the G District located in Guro-gu Seoul High Court, the victim H expressed expressed that “this dog, n, d, e.g., f., f., f., bitch.

3. Performance of official duties.

A. On November 18, 2013, at around 19:22, the Defendant: (a) received a report from E to 112 on November 18, 2013; and (b) prevented the Defendant from complying with D, etc.; and (c) assaulted H on three occasions the part of the bridge while taking a bath.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning 112 reported duties.

B. On November 18, 2013, around 19:50 on November 18, 2013, the Defendant committed assault, such as assaulting the first part of the part of the G as a hand hand, who was employed by the police officer in a situation where he continued to take a bath to police officers within the G District located in Guro-gu J, and tried to identify himself.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to global guard service.
