Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

3. On September 5, 2014, around 05:00 on September 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 05:00 on September 5, 2014, brought up KRW 1050,000 in cash set up by the victim G in front of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu New Distribution, and brought about KRW 1,050,000 in cash set up by the victim G while under influence of alcohol; and (b) one cellphone on the market price flick with a Chapter 1 of Hyundai Card.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

4. At around 02:00 on September 7, 2014, the Defendant acquired one gallon juslop ju S3 Handphone (daily number: I) at around 02:0 on September 7, 2014, at a place where a victim H was lost, at which the victim’s address is unknown, and where the victim H was lost, at around 02:0 on September 7, 2014, at which the victim’s address is unknown.

The Defendant acquired the above property.
