Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny on August 7, 2013

A. At around 02:00 on August 7, 2013, the Defendant moved out one set of gallon 2 mobile phone from the victim’s own market price, which is equivalent to KRW 900,000,000, in a soup to the so called “C” located in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju.

B. On August 7, 2013, at around 02:10 on August 7, 2013, the Defendant got off one of the gallon 2 mobile phones owned by the victim E using the gaps in which the victim E was divingd.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.

2. On September 2013, the Defendant found on September 1, 2013, around 03:00, 100 won, credit card 4, three cash cards 3, one driver’s license, and one resident registration certificate 140,000 won, which are owned by the victim F, at the bottom of the event, at the Ohoho Lake Park located in the Yang Chang-Eup, Cheongwon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Cheongwon-gun, and one 140,000 won, which includes one resident registration certificate.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

3. On October 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on October 14, 2013, at the 2013 G Apartment G apartment 207 ground parking lots, the Defendant: (b) opened a driver’s seat that was parked by the victim H and was not corrected by approaching the I car parkeded by the victim H; and (c) cut off the 5,000 won in cash owned by the victim; (d) a passport of KRW 300,000 in the market value; and (e) a fluenced digital camera of KRW 250,000 in the market value; and (e) a fluenced fa with a fluencing solution of KRW 250,00 in the market value.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

4. On October 16, 2013, the Defendant was thief on October 16, 2013 at around 20:11 on October 16, 2013, in front of the house of the Victim J, located in Chungcheongnam-gun G Apartment G apartment 106 dong 1102.
