A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on the ground that garbage is not easy to see that it is accumulated on the street, was in mind.

1. On April 6, 2014, around 07:32, the Defendant: (a) attached a stringer, which was possessed by the building adjacent to a D film theater in Chungcheong City, with a fire to the garbage bag he was accumulated, and carried the string of the string, and then transferred the strings to the strings managed by F by the staff members of the E Company’s Chungcheong branch office, to the strings managed by F; and (b) the strings managed by the D film theater G, the owner’s 2 bicycle strings, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the above garbage mar, thereby causing public danger; and (b) thereby, burned the above metal margs equivalent to 295,800 won for repairing expenses; (c) the above steel margs equivalent to 50,000 won for repairing expenses; and (d) the above bicycle 2 parts to repair expenses.

At around 07:45 on April 6, 2014, the Defendant continued to display a fire to the garbage bags he was accumulated in the mouths adjacent to H building at Chungcheongnam-si, by attaching a fire to the garbage bags accumulated therein, and then moved to the fluor in the fluor of the fluor of the fluor’s length, J. J. J. A., K’s H building outer wall, air conditioners owned by K, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the foregoing garbage container to cause public danger; and (b) thereby, burned the said Acar car amounting to KRW 9,67,711 on repair cost; (c) equivalent to KRW 4,292,750 on repair cost; and (d)00,000 on repair cost for the above Ecar equipment.
