When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From the end of December 2015 to the end of January 6, 2016, the Defendant parked B food truck on the street around the back of the transmitting beach in Busan Metropolitan City, Busan, and operated a resting restaurant by selling approximately 2-30,00 won average per day to unspecified customers, including one air conditioner, one soil-spanty, one air-spanty, and one air-passer, respectively, without reporting to the competent authorities.
