1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 26, 2010, the Defendant forged public document documents at the office of “D” operated by the Defendant located in Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, and at the office of “D,” the Defendant demanded a test performance report on the rubbering product that was supplied by the Defendant to the Kujin-si, and then the Defendant stored the test performance report on other products, and then printed out the file’s name, resident registration number, address, and trade name column into “A”, “E”, “(642-826) Changwon-gu, and “D,” respectively.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged one copy of the test, analysis, and analysis record on rubber failure products under the name of the Administrator of the Small and Medium Business Administration in Busan Ulsan District Office.

2. At the time and place specified in paragraph 1, the Defendant sent the test performance report, which is a forged official document, to the original M&T, by facsimile, as if it were duly issued.
