Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who intends to sell forged drugs, or store or display them for sale;

A. On May 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased fake drugs purchased from name in the middle-gu, Daegu-gu, and stored for sale approximately KRW 1,000,000 to KRW 50,000,000 in total in the market price from male in the two kinds of parks located in the middle-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) sold fake 1,00,000 to B before the public parking lot located in the Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, for approximately KRW 70,000,00 in total.

In addition, from May 2013 to November 2015, the Defendant sold a fake 7 straw to B in total at KRW 490,000, 200, as shown in the attached Table 1 list of crimes.

B. On February 16, 2016, the Defendant purchased fake drugs from D and stored them for the purpose of sale by purchasing fake 30 ambling 30,000 (4 amblings per 1,50,000 won (40 amblings) in the vicinity of “F” located in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, and the market value of which is a total of KRW 150,000 from D and 30 amblings (4 amblings per 1,000) in the market value. On February 16, 2016, the Defendant sold fake 5 amblings (40 amblings per 1,000 amblings) and 30 ambling 30,000 won (40 amblings per 1,400 amblings).

In addition, from February 16, 2016 to July 1, 2017, the Defendant sold 5,443,000 won in bulk to B and G, as shown in attached Table 2, as in attached Table 2.

2. Defendant B

(a) No person shall sell forged drugs, store or display them for sale;

On May 2013, the Defendant purchased and sold fake 1 gambling (40 fixed packages) from A in front of the public parking lots located in Nam-gu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, in KRW 70,000.
