1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 16,978,00 and KRW 11,776,250 among them, from December 3, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On December 17, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a consulting service contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with respect to a polym dancing institute (hereinafter “instant private teaching institute”) with the Defendant and the Defendant’s “C” (hereinafter “instant private teaching institute”). The main contents are as follows.
Article 2 [Scope of Service Acceptance] 1. B (A) The term “B (Plaintiff)” has commenced from the beginning of the open of “A (Defendant)” and “B” to perform the overall duties of marketing for one year after the open.

Provided, That profits derived from the attraction of new branches to members shall not be included therein.
(3) Payment period: Service fees shall be paid in cash to the account designated by "B" on a fifteen-day basis.
Article 4 (Period of Service Acceptance) (The 16th day to the 15th day of each month, and the 16th day to the 1st day of each month) of the Act (the 1st day of each month) shall be the 1st day from December 1, 2013 to November 30, 2014.
Provided, That “A” may be renewed on an annual basis with B” and with B prior to the end of the contract.
Article 5 [Liability A] ① “A” shall facilitate the payment of service fees under this Agreement and actively cooperate in the promotion of service duties by “B”.
