Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From May 1, 2014 to June 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) visited the Defendant’s house in the Gyeonggi Kimpo-si B lodging house; (b) deposited KRW 800,000 to the account in the name of D that is managed by the said website, using a computer or smartphone, and deposited KRW 80,00 with the account in the name of D that is managed by the said website; and (c) received payment of corresponding game money; and (d) decided the winning on the winning book by a flexible winning book; and (e) exchanged the game money acquired by the said winning machine.
In addition, from around that time to June 25, 2015, the Defendant deposited total of KRW 284,991,500 on a total of 269 occasions, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes, and carried out gambling using the above method.
2. From February 2015 to May 9, 2015, the Defendant, along with E, i.e., from February 2015 to May 2015, 2015, provided a card of KRW 403, 52, using each 52 card, and received an additional card of KRW 7, each time he/she receives a card, and used a card of KRW 52, and then gambling in a way that a person with a high priority in accordance with the prescribed rules has all the betting money. The Defendant ambling through several occasions from around that time to May 2015.
