Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall use a racing conducted by a marina society for gambling or aiding and abetting such gambling.

Nevertheless, on January 8, 2016, the Defendant, using a computer, connected to “D” (E, etc.) the website of Go Chang-gun, Chang Chang-gun, and: (a) entered the ID and password already granted; (b) deposited KRW 1,00,000 into the account in the name of F designated as the account for the receipt of private marina; and (c) received the corresponding game money; and (d) purchased private horse tickets by using it; and (e) purchased private horse tickets at the time of the enemy and received private horse in the manner of receiving the payment of the game money according to the prescribed ratio at the time of the enemy; and (e) purchased private horse tickets in the same way until April 8, 2017 by purchasing the right of KRW 126,950,000 in total over 219 times as indicated in the attached list of crimes by the same method.

As a result, the Defendant used a racing conducted in the Korean Marin society.
