Punishment of the crime

On August 8, 2015, the Defendant visited “G” to “C (C, D, E, F, etc.) private gambling site,” which is a website, using a computer installed at the Defendant’s residence located in Gyeonggi-si B and B01, and deposited KRW 50,000 to the national bank account in the name of (P, D, E, F, etc.), which the said website operator designated as the deposit account for gambling money, and deposited KRW 50,000 in the corresponding game money, and charged KRW 50,000 to 50,000 for each game at the above website, and 10,000 won for 0,000 won for 50,000 won for 30,000 won for 0,000 won for 10,000 won for 20,000 won for 20,000 won for 19,000 won for 20,000 won for 20,000 won for 15.
