A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 201, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, along with C around the end of May, 201, requested D to receive a forged card, and D, on the Internet car page where the name discovered after searching “duplicate card” on the Internet is unknown, “a request for communication is made because there is any intention to purchase,” and left its handphone number.

The non-credit card type was issued by Kwikseter, S.A. issuer’s credit card type from Kwikset service article with a man whose name is unknown, but in fact, the credit card type was issued to Banco item item, S.A. issuer’s credit card type with forged credit card information, and paid 2 million won upon receipt of the forged credit card number 11 as indicated in the attached crime list 1, as shown in the attached crime list 1.
At around 22:50 on June 7, 201, the Defendant, along with C, received Chapter D’s credit card 11 forged at the Frante parking lot located in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
On June 8, 2011, around 01:09, the Defendant used a forged credit card in order to calculate 3,500,000 won of the Defendant’s sealed credit rating at H, an entertainment drinking club Co., Ltd. located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a single copy (credit number: J) from among the forged credit cards, and let I use the forged credit card.
In addition, in collusion with D and C, the Defendant used forged credit cards in order to calculate the sum of 5,600,000 won, such as a total of 19 times of credit rating, as shown in attached Table 2 of the same day.

The Defendant attempted to commit fraud, in collusion with D and C on June 8, 201, by using a forged credit card as described in the foregoing paragraph (a) and by deceiving I as if the forged credit card was issued genuinely, as indicated in the attached Table 2, Nos. 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 2,65 million won in total, including the credit alcohol value, etc. from the victim H and K.
