1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 7, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Since the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal was amended, and its interest rate was changed from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant in excess of the statutory interest rate is dismissed.
