1. The defendants together with the plaintiff KRW 44,726,00 and 6% per annum from February 23, 2005 to April 6, 2005.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

Since the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal was amended and its enforcement took place from October 1, 2015, the interest rate under the above Act was changed from 20% per annum to 15% per annum, and as such, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants in excess is dismissed.
