1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 74,428,00 and as a result, from August 15, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. It shall be as shown in the attached Form stating the cause of the claim;
2. Since the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended, and its interest rate was changed from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant in excess of the legal rate is dismissed.
