Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a car B.

On July 13, 2019, at around 22:07, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.163%, and led the Daejeon Em-gu C intersection from D to E hotel seat from D to E hotel seat.

At night, the above location is an intersection with no signal, and in such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to check whether a motor vehicle under the intersection is in progress by reducing or temporarily stopping the speed while under the influence of alcohol and to safely enter the intersection.

Nevertheless, as such, the Defendant was negligent in neglecting the duty of Jeonju City under the influence of alcohol, and the part of the rear wheels of G LFuneteta car driving the said intersection to the right side from the left side of the Defendant’s running direction by the victim F (Nam, 34 years old) who is driving the said intersection as the front wheeler of the Defendant’s driving car, and immediately thereafter, the victim H (ma, 50 years old) who was parked in the lower side of the Defendant’s driving direction was driven by the front wheeler of the I taxi driven by the Defendant’s driving vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, injury to the victim F, such as knee knee kne knee kne knee kne kne kne knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee, etc.
