A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing cargo vehicle in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents;

On May 6, 2019, the Defendant driven the above cargo without obtaining a driver's license on May 17:18, 2019, and tried to drive from E to F on the side the front side of D in the racing-si.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by such occupational negligence, the injury of salt and tensions to the victim G, the injury to the victim I (8) who was on board the said car, the injury to the promotional in which there is no room for two weeks open to the two-day medical treatment, the injury to the victim J (6) of the same victim for about two weeks of medical treatment, and the multiple influences that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the same victim K (3 years of age) for about two weeks of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving of the instant 80 meters section from the front day of M in the instant 1.m. on a temporary light racing to the place under the instant 1.m., without obtaining a driver’s license.
