A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On February 9, 2020, at around 08:50, the Defendant driven the pertinent car that was not covered by mandatory insurance without a driver’s license, and led to a two-lane road in front C at the time of strike along the two-lanes from the gold village to the gold village.
