Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from around January 2009 to September 2014, served as the chairperson of the C (hereinafter referred to as “C”) affiliated with the General Federation of the National Democratic Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as “Private Union”) (hereinafter referred to as “C”), and is a person who served as a C leader from January 2016 to around September 2016.

On September 23, 2015, around 16:00, the Defendant participated in the meeting of the “Resolution for Declaration of Total Business” held as a member of the civil class in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, which was held as a member of the civil group.

Around September 23, 2015, the president of the civil union held a meeting in front of the above E on September 16:24, 2015, and decided to gather approximately KRW 5,000, more than 10,000, the reported assembly personnel, and the participants, including the Defendant, were occupying two lanes prior to the front line and the front line.

Since then, about 5,00 participants of the above assembly : (a) 5,00 persons who did not report in advance : (b) walked the "lane driving along the lane" without reporting in advance; and (c) tried to enter the road from the parallel distance to the parallel of Sejong to the parallel of Sejong by moving to the parallel of the police station in front of the building for Heung National Culture, the course was cut off by the vehicle wall of the police in front of the building for Heung National Culture; (d) returned the course to the parallel of Sejong National Cemetery; and (e) moved to the parallel of Sejong National Cemetery by moving to the parallel of Sejong National Assembly by moving to the parallel of Sejong National Assembly, moving to the parallel of Sejong National Assembly, moving to the parallel of Sejong National Assembly, moving to the parallel of Sejong National Assembly, moving to the parallel of Sejong National Assembly, moving to the parallel of Sejong National Assembly and moving to the parallel of Sejong National Assembly at the end of the meeting at around 18:30.

On September 23, 2015, the Defendant participated in an assembly of the “resolution for the declaration of the general strike”, but from around 16:00 to around 18:30, the Defendant occupied the two lanes prior to the order from around the said assembly to the front of the Sejong Culture Center, in collusion with the said participants, thereby obstructing the traffic of the road.
