Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a 6-line cargo vehicle.
On February 2, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license of a motor vehicle on February 12:23, 2017, was driving ahead of the (ju) C&N C&C at a 386 U.S. Round-ro (ju), a speed from the right side of the back of the (N) C&C to the right side of the luminous 20 km away from the right side of the (N) C&C.
Since there is a road that combines the side road from the right side, there is a duty of care to safely make a right-hand, such as driving slowly, driving the front and rear left-hand side, and driving another vehicle driving in the one-lane, and driving in the two-lane, there was a duty of care to safely make a right-hand, such as yielding the course for the vehicle.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and received the front part of route buses No. 703 in fishing to the victim C (Woo, 49 S) driving on the right side of the said cargo vehicle, which was driven by the victim C (Woo, 49 ) from the right side of the said cargo vehicle, when by negligence bypassing the vehicle without the driver's license.
As a result, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, injury to the victim C, such as brain, etc. with no open room for the two weeks of unknown whereabouts, and injury to the victim E (V, 48) who is the passenger of the bus, for approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseed Driving) driving of Bone Star Cargo without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the restaurant “hered Korean-style waste sheet”, which is located in the restaurant “hered, Korean-style waste sheet” 658-1 in the city of Pakistan-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, as described in paragraph (1), to the front side of the C&C road.
