1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving Cone Star and Car.

On January 22, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle without obtaining a driver's license of a motor vehicle on January 22, 2016, and led the Defendant to drive the vehicle along the two-lanes from the direction of the two stations, along the two-lane road in front of the distance from the new East-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul.

On May 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 05:15 on May 6, 2016, the Defendant driven Cone Star Co., Ltd. under the influence of alcohol with approximately 200 meters alcohol concentration of 0.11% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the trade influorial convenience store in the south-dong, Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul to the front side of the solar road in the same Dong-dong.

2. On June 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 22:30 on June 6, 2016, the Defendant driven Cone Star Co., Ltd. while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.075% alcohol concentration in blood without obtaining a driver’s license from the company’s license in front of the non-cafeteria-dong, Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul to the Hansung apartment route in the same Gu.
