A. Facts of recognition 1) Plaintiff A and Defendant C, E, H, and K (hereinafter “Defendant students”).

B. According to the facts of the judgment 1, the act of harassment in this case committed by the defendant student against the plaintiff A constitutes a tort that infringes on the plaintiff's personality rights. The defendant student is a student of the second grade of the middle school before and after the age of 14, but is a minor, but has an intelligence to change his responsibility.
