Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 05:00 on June 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut off one wall owned by the victim C (the 19-year-old) under the influence of alcohol in a park adjacent to the building B of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) one copy of the Korean bank visa; (c) one copy of the Korean bank check; (d) one copy of the Korean bank body check; (d) one copy of the LG smartphone; and (e) one copy of the resident registration certificate; (e) one copy of the new Love Card; and (e) one copy of the new security card.

2. Fraud;

A. On June 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 06:05 on June 30, 2013, when the Defendant purchased goods of an amount equivalent to KRW 27,200 from the (State F convenience store located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government) to “Sin Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon

(b)in around 06:11 on the same day, at the H convenience store in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, pay a sum of the amount equivalent to KRW 42,300,00 with the above water method, and take economic benefits equivalent to that amount, in accordance with the above water method;

C. At around 06:22 on the same day, at the J convenience store located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, the amount equivalent to 7,450 won, such as beer and beer, was settled in accordance with the above water method, thereby gaining economic benefits equivalent to that amount.

3. The Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, as seen above, used the stolen victim C’s V card to pay for the amount of goods using the said card.
