Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 12,000,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to construct or repair a building shall obtain permission from the Special Self-Governing City Mayor, the Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, but the Defendant, without permission from the competent authority from September 201 to November 1, 201, performed a large-scale repair of the apartment house for three households with two floors of 140.28 square meters and two floors of 140.28 square meters, among three buildings with three floors located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Seoul, for five households; five households with five walls of 118.94 square meters; and one wall with three floors of 118.94 square meters as a brick; each household shall be installed in the following rooms; and the apartment house for three households permitted by means of separate entry and exit;

A person who intends to extend a building with a total floor area of 85 square meters or less shall file a report with the Special Self-Governing City Mayor, the Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, but the defendant, without filing a report, illegally expands two households of 57.50 square meters or less on the rooftop of the building

3. A person who intends to build a building, etc. shall establish an annexed parking lot so that vehicles can be parked in the number of vehicles as determined by the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, but the defendant did not establish an annexed parking lot which is one total nine per household required for the added nine households while making large repairs and extension of the said multi-household housing in the aforementioned manner.
