Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to repair a building on a large scale or extend a building with a total floor area of at least 85 square meters shall obtain permission from the Special Self-Governing City Mayor, the Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun

A. From the beginning of April 2013 to May 201 of the same year, two households with two floors with a total floor area of 331.36 square meters in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, are five households, two households with three floors with a total floor area of 119.02 square meters, three floors with a 104.32 square meters in 104.32 square meters, and four households with a brick, and the building walls were installed as a brick in each room, and the apartment house for four households with a total of 9 households with a permission by means of installing toilets and a main room and creating a separate entrance door.
