Punishment of the crime

1. The victim C
A. Around 16:00 on June 20, 2014, the Defendant entered a house with the victim C’s house located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and entered the house through the kitchen window, and invaded upon the victim’s house.
B. At the above time and place, the Defendant attempted to steals property owned by the victim, but failed to find stolen things, thereby having failed to bring about such intent.
2. On June 26, 2014, at around 20:30, the victim E-related Defendant: (a) infringed upon the victim E’s house located in Pyeongtaek-siF through the window of a multi-use room, which was not locked; and (b) did not find any property owned by the victim, but did not constitute that intent.
In this way, the defendant attempted to steal the property owned by the victim by intrusion upon the victim's residence at night, but attempted to do so.
3. Victims G:
A. On July 19, 2014, around 10:10 on July 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) went into the house of the victim G located in Ha in Ha, and went into the tear, and intrudes into the victim’s residence.
B.
