A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

450,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, etc.

On February 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received a disposable injection device from a passenger car parked on the road near the Standing District in Gwangju-gu; (b) received a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.03g of C Han-gu Melopon (hereinafter “Liopon”); and (c) injected the water into a disposable injection device; and (d) injected the water into the melting machine.

B. On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) received c driver’s car parked on the road near the Standing District in Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) received a single-use injection machine containing approximately 0.03g of cylphonephones; (c) stored water in a single-use injection machine; (d) injected the melting machine; and (e) injected it into the melting machine.

C. On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased 200,000 won from a passenger car parked on the road near the Standing District in Gwangju Seo-gu; (b) purchased 200,000 won from a single-use injection machine containing approximately 0.03g of a single-use phone; (c) stored water in a single-use injection machine; and (d) injected it into the following melt.

On June 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased 200,000 won from a car parked on the road near the Standing District in Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) purchased 200,000 won from a single-use injection machine containing approximately 0.03g of a single-use phone; and (c) injected the melting machine into the following arms.

2. On June 2015, the Defendant, in violation of the Narcotics Control Act, posted approximately 0.5g of the content in tobacco in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, in front of the Seocho-gu, Gwangju (hereinafter “C”), and smoked marijuana by attaching a fire and attaching it.
