1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On January 2015, the Defendant purchased a disposable injection device with approximately 0.4g of 0,000 won, a psychotropic drug, from the “Eel” located in Sacheon-si D, and from F, the Defendant purchased a disposable injection device with approximately 0.4g of psychotropic drugs.

B. On January 2015, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won from “Eel” located in Sacheon-si D, F, and purchased 1-time injection equipment containing approximately 0.4g philophones.

C. On January 2015, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won from the “Eel” located in Sacheon-si D, F, and purchased 1-time injection equipment containing approximately 0.4g philophones.

On February 14, 2015, at around 02:00, the Defendant purchased 500,000 won from G, with a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.7g philophones.

E. On March 3, 2015, at around 00:10, the Defendant purchased a disposable injection device with approximately 500,000 won for G from a passenger car driven by G on the front side of the Seo-gu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and approximately 0.7g for philophones.

F. On March 21, 2015, at around 21:00, the Defendant purchased 1,500,000 won from “IMoel” located in Gwangju Northern-gu, G, 50,000 won, and 1-time injection equipment containing approximately 0.7g philophones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On January 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.09g of philophonephones contained in Sacheon-si D as water, and injected them into the following arms.

B. On January 2015, the Defendant melted “Eel” located in Sacheon-si D with water in the middle 2015, and 0.09g of philopon contained in the disposable clock, with water, into the following arms.
