A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

248,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

On April 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and two months for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Daejeon District Court on April 10, 201, and completed the execution of a sentence on August 25, 2014.

2016 Highest 1873

1. On December 19, 2015, the Defendant, at around 22:00, 102, and 901, administered the Defendant’s arms after inserting 0.03g 0.03g of Mesophical mental medicine (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) at his own house of Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Seoul, in a single-use injection machine, and being melted into the Defendant’s arms.

2. On February 2016, the Defendant received and administered police officers, and the Defendant administered the instant 0.2 gramopon at the house of E located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D and 2 Do B03 on February 2, 2016, with F, and with F, a single-use injection device containing 0.4 gramopon from E, divided by F and F.2 grams, and 0.2 grams at the small or small house of E above e, inserted the 0.2 gramopon into a single-use injection machine, melted with water, and injected the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he received and administered philophones, which are a local mental medicine.

3.On March 31, 2016, receipt and delivery of philophones

A. On March 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received free 0.1g of phiphones contained in J during the day-to-day clock vehicle located in the front of a H restaurant near Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, from the I thatland owned by the Defendant.

B. On the above day, immediately after the receipt of phiphones from J as above, the Defendant contact with K and opened 0.05g of the Gaphones in front of the land bridge located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to K free of charge.

Accordingly, even though the defendant is not a narcotics handler, he received philophones, which are a local mental medicine, twice.

4. Around April 4, 2016, the Defendant administered a 0.05g opon in a single-use injection machine from the inside of the above Defendant’s residence at around 08:00 on April 4, 2016, and melted the Defendant’s arms with water.
