A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 01:24, Sept. 20, 2016; (b) on September 20, 2016, when the victim D in the second floor of the building C in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, came into front of the office where the victim D works in the second floor of the building C, and went into the door by opening the door; (c) opened a drick with the drick and take 2,50,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, from around September 20, 2016 to around 23:10 on February 23, 2019, the Defendant stolen money and valuables amounting to KRW 10,131,000 in total by impairing the room occupied by others at night on seven occasions in total, such as the list of crimes in attached Form.

3. Larceny;

A. On April 1, 2018, at around 21:50 on April 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered one of the two pages of the CB card in the name of M, as set forth in No. 2 of the CB card; and (b) removed the password on the back of the CB card; and (c) cut off in cash.

2) On February 19, 2019, around 02:44, on February 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) entered the Nonindicted Bank PFinancial Center located in Seongdong-gu N, Changwon-si, into the cash automatic machines, which were managed by the victim’s OF bank located in this place, as set forth in No. 7 No. 7 of the Crimes Day List; (b) withdrawn KRW 6,000,000 in cash, and then stolen it.
