Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Grandroth C&C driver.

On April 13, 2020, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 11:30 on April 13, 2020, and proceeded at a speed of about 50km per hour from the direction of the Government, depending on the first lane of the 749 new service distance in front of the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dobong-ro.
