A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was living together from around August 14, 2015 when he was the victim C (n, 44 years of age) and around February 2013.

1. On August 8, 2015, the Defendant was faced with the winding of the victim C and the victim C at the Eelel located in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, about 2015, but the victim could do so.

3. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc.”) shall be the Daegu achievement group between around 19:00 on August 15, 2015 and around 20:00 on the same day.
