A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating the F Plantwon in Gwangju Northern-gu (hereinafter referred to as the “vegetablewon”), and the victim G (V, 23 years of age) of Cambodia is a person who visits Korea on April 4, 2016 and works at the above plant center on his/her visit employment status (PE-9-3).

1. Compulsory indecent acts;

A. On April 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by putting him/her on work in the plastic house of the above plant center; and (b) walking in front of the victim; (c) holding him/her walking in front of the victim; and (d) holding him/her in front of a part of a part of a victim, namely, protruding part of his/her clothes.

B. On May 6, 2016, the Defendant, at around 14:00 on May 6, 2016, committed an indecent act by force against the victim by breaking the victim who was divingd at the dormitory room of the above plant source and making the foreigner registration certificate.

On May 28, 2016, the Defendant, around 13:00 on May 28, 2016, committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who is waiting for her friendship in front of the plastic house of the said plant center, with his/her own clothes, her ambry with his/her ambry as his/her hand.

(d)

At around 12:30 on July 18, 2016, the Defendant, at the entrance of the defendant's room of the above plant support center, committed an indecent act against the victim by coercioning the victim according to the victim's right kn's kn't.

2. Attempted indecent act committed by force;

A. On July 5, 2016, around 19:00 on July 5, 2016, the Defendant committed the victim at the entrance of the victim of the above vegetable dormitory, and “(b) was drinking to the victim”;

“The victim tried to commit an indecent act by force by deceiving the victim’s chest with the victim’s chest on his own clothes, but the victim did not commit an attempted act with the wind that the victim left and closed the visit.
