The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. It does not commit an act identical to a crime as stated in the judgment of the court below.

B. The punishment of the lower court (one year and six months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. On July 27, 2017, the Defendant asserts that he/she did not have any fact at the time of the victim E’s scambling on July 27, 2017.

However, the following circumstances acknowledged in accordance with the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the court below and the trial court, i.e., the victim from the investigative agency to the defendant, and i.e., why the victim's words related to the work "I d't d'

A consistent statement; ② A victim reported his/her cell phone 112 to his/her mobile phone immediately after the crime; ③ A victim’s statement was a field manager at the time of the crime.

In full view of the fact that the Z appears to have tried the defendant and the above victim to compromise, it is recognized that the victim committed assault on July 27, 2017 by taking into account the victim's left side who the defendant worked together at the same time on one occasion. Therefore, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

2) On August 6, 2017, the Defendant asserts that he did not inflict any injury on the Victim F.

However, the following circumstances acknowledged in accordance with the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below and the court below, namely, ① the victim was assaulted in the process of: (a) “In the court below’s holding that the victim continued to express his intention of refusal, e.g., francing the breath, cutting down the breath, cutting down the bat, and finding the bats next to the lower court; and (b) attempted to find the bather, and following back the bats.
