The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On February 7, 2013, at around 19:31, the Defendant posted a summary of the facts charged on the daily storage (www.ilbe.com) bulletin board, a Internet community site, a photograph of various activities in the title C, and then posted a summary of the facts charged to enable many people to view the victim by putting a notice on the bulletin board of the political bulletin board (www.ilbe) stating that “A may see several routes, thereby making it possible for them to view the victim.”

2. The offense of insult is a crime falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only when a criminal complaint is filed under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act.

However, according to the records, the complainant's agent can recognize the cancellation of the complaint against the defendant on August 19, 2014, which was after the prosecution of this case.

Therefore, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
