At around 14:12 on January 8, 2014, the Defendant, at the home of the Defendant, connected to the bend bulletin board of the said bend repository D 404 904 dong 904, and posted a G advertisement in operation to F, an Internet broadcasting site, thereby publicly insulting the victim’s comments “one-time Chewing Chewing”.
