1. 모욕 피고인은 2013. 11. 4. 10:28경 원주시 일원에서 휴대전화 모바일 메신저 ‘카카오톡’에 개설된 '2번'이라는 불특정 다수인이 참여한 단체대화방에 접속하여 피해자 C를 가리켜 “불순한 종북세력의 쫄개 C님! 언제쯤이면 썩어문드러진 님의 양심이 회복될 수 있을까요 혹 저희 행실본이 도울 일이 있으면 연락주세요~ 실수 정정합니다. C님은 수괴가 아닌 쫄개가 맞습니다. ㅋ”라는 게시글을 작성하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

A.
