Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff B is the spouse of the deceased G (the deceased in 1937; hereinafter “the deceased”), and the Plaintiff A, C, D, E, and F are the offsprings of the deceased. The Defendant is a juristic person that operates a medical corporation Sejong Hospital of the Korea Medical Center for the purpose of establishing and operating a medical institution for the purpose of establishing and operating the medical institution (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).
